We are pleased to announce that Chagdud Khadro will be giving

teachings at the Rigpa Center in Zurich on March 11-12, 2023

at the invitation of Rigpa as part of her Europe Tour

A weekend with Chagdud Khadro at the Rigpa Zentrum Zürich, Gubelhangstrasse 7, 8050 Zürich Oerlikon

The teachings will be in English with German translation.

Chagdud Khadro (Jane Tromge),is the wife of Tibetan Master Chagdud Rinpoche (1930 - 2002) and his authorized teacher of the Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism. As a long-time practitioner, she is deeply connected to the lineage of teachings and practices she received from Chagdud Rinpoche. She brings together in a special way the authentic, centuries-old Buddhist knowledge with the challenges of our modern life. She is able to win over her listeners with her dynamic, clear and approachable manner.

Chagdud Khadro works tirelessly to spread the Dharma in North and South America and around the world. Chagdud Rinpoche appointed her Spiritual Director of the Chagdud Centers in Latin America, a position she continues to hold.

The Heart of Practice

Chagdud Khadro's teachings on "The Heart of Practice" invite us to explore the place of practice in our lives. Khadro gives guidance on how to find and deepen our heart practice.

Stories of events during her time with Chagdud Rinpoche connect us to him and the practice tradition he embodies. Khadro offers ways we can work with life events and circumstances to bring our spiritual endeavors closer to our daily lives. Finally, she reflects with us on practice in the most difficult moments of all: when the body falls apart and death approaches.

The weekend should be attended in its entirety if possible. Times are still subject to slight change.

Since the Corona lock-downs many Chagdud Gonpa Centers have intensified digital information

For example there are regular meditation practice in Odsal Ling, Sao Paulo, that are online transmitted: short Red Tara in Portugese on Tuesday evenings and Red Tara in Tibetan on Thursday evenings. In addition, there are regular teachings of Lama Tsering in English. These are partially available for free. Some need booking in advance.
